Stopped in on Christmas night looking for a light bite and a good drink, and this place delivered perfectly. The bartender crafted a fantastic raspberry mezcal cocktail that paired beautifully with the Chaplin bao buns, exactly what I needed. This was my second visit, and once again, it did not disappoint. Great vibes, great flavors, and thoughtful service. I’ll definitely be back.

This was such a great surprise! I was just hungry and walked by with my brother. I didn't think this was a Ramen house. The food was fantastic. The drinks were fantastic. We might have been there during happy hour.... but the prices were quite reasonable. 100% would return!

My first time at Chaplin’s and I loved it. My home girl kept telling me they have the best Ramen and I was skeptical but she was not lying. The food was really good. We split the Chaplin A.S.S. and shrimp gysoua. I also had ribs which were phenomenal, they went good with the Ramen as well. When I get back to DC I will be right there at Chaplin’s
